Shipping/ fullfillment policy

Signature Confirmation Is Required For All Shipping Orders!

All orders placed before 3pm (EST) will be fullfulled and shipped out the same day. Orders are not processed on Sundays, Mondays or holidays. If an uncontrollable event affects processing of orders, all orders will be shipped the following business day. Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation of your order fullfillment and a tracking number via email. For Online Pick Up in store orders, your order will be fullfilled the same day only during store hours. If pick up order is placed after store hours, your order will be fullfilled the next business day. An email will be sent to you informing you when your order is ready for pickup. I.D will be required at the time of pickup. For Delivery orders, your order will be fullfilled the same day only during store hours. If delivery order is placed after store hours, your order will  be fullfilled the next business day. An email will be sent to you informing you when your order is ready for delivery. You will receive a estimated time arrival via email. I.D will be required at the time of delivery. If an uncontrollable event occurs and affects your sameday order fullfillment for online pickup and delivery, we will notify you via email.

 

Pure Virgin Hair isn't responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays or courier delays.

 

Pure Virgin Hair isn't responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages. Please contact the courier, as we no longer have control. Pure Virgin Hair is solely responsible for processing and fulfillment of your order. Unfortunately, Pure Virgin Hair is unable to dispense any refunds or credits regarding these matters.

We are not responsible for deliveries to the incorrect address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct billing & shipping addresses are entered correctly. Please provide a valid email address and phone number for all orders placed. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the customer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address on the order. At this time, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package is returned. If the package is returned, we will contact the customer and reship the order. The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs & handling fees.
