Shipping/ fullfillment policy

Signature Confirmation Is Required For All Shipping Orders!

Billing and shipping address must match. If not, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund.

All orders placed before 4pm (EST) will be fulfilled and shipped out the same day. Orders are not processed on Sundays or national holidays. If an uncontrollable event affects processing of orders, all orders will be shipped the following business day. Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation of your order fulfillment and a tracking number via email. For same day pickup and delivery orders, give us a call. We deliver in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

 

Pure Virgin Hair isn't responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays or courier delays.

 

Pure Virgin Hair isn't responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages. Please contact the courier, as we no longer have control. Pure Virgin Hair is solely responsible for processing and fulfillment of your order. Unfortunately, Pure Virgin Hair is unable to dispense any refunds or credits regarding these matters.

We are not responsible for deliveries to the incorrect address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct billing & shipping addresses are entered correctly. Please provide a valid email address and phone number for all orders placed. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the incorrect address that the customer has entered.

If your order has been processed or shipped already, we cannot change the address on the order. At this time, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package is returned. If the package is returned, we will contact the customer and reship the order. The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs & handling fees.
